The 5th Wave was one of my favorite reads of 2013! I am so excited that Sony has decided to turn this amazing book into a film. The amazing young talent Chloe Grace Moretz was announced to play the lead Cassie Sullivan a couple of months ago. Today Sony announced the two male leads!
First up is Nick Robinson as Ben Parish aka Zombie. Here's a secret. I adore the character Ben. He's got such an interesting back story. Now I haven't seen any of Nick's acting projects, but I do like that Sony has cast an actual teenager in this role.
Next we have Alex Roe as Evan Walker. Again I am unfamiliar with his work, and he is in his twentys. But looks wise, I am liking what I am seeing!
And we can't forget the already announced Chloe Grace Moretz! I love her as Hit-Girl in Kick-Ass! She's really blossoming into an amazing actress. I can't wait to see her as Cassie!
