Stacking the Shelves is created & hosted by Tynga's Reviews and is a weekly meme sharing the books you've bought, borrowed or received for review.
So I've got a good deal of reviewing coming up in my near future! But really - I'm excited for most of these books! I'm kind of bummed I haven't gotten a chance to read the King by J.R. Ward yet as I've had review obligations but I'm dying to read it. DYING!
Clicking the pictures will take you to the books goodreads page!
Thank you so much to Harlequin Teen for Dark World (I've heard fantastic things from Hannah over at the Irish Banana Review) - I can't wait to read this and the cover is amazing! Thank you so so sooooo much to Jean from Fiewel & Friends for sending me a copy of Mortal Danger. I'm a huge fan of Ann Aguirre's and I've already this book because I couldn't wait! It's amazing (and dark)!
A big thank you to Mary from Macmillan for a copy of Unremembered by Jessica Brody! I met her in October and seriously, she was totally awesome. I'm really excited to read her book (and it's being made into a MOVIE!). A huge thank you to Ksenia from Macmillan for Midwinterblood and She Is Not Invisible - I am excited to read these & get the chance to interview him later this month! Thank you so so much! :)
Thank you to William Morrow for Boomerang and for All Lined Up (which I received for the blog tour). Thank you to Heidi for Finding My Way - I am so excited to read this!
Thank you so much to HarperCollins for the following books. I'm very curious about In A Handful of Dust since the first book was only okay for me but it had me curious enough what a second book might entail. I am intrigued...
So I have a confession to make. Even if I have an advanced copy of a book, no matter what the format either an ebook or an ARC, I have to buy the finished version. As you can probably guess that means I have an abundance of books because of this. But I just love books, and I have to have the completed form. So I purchased both Clipped Wings and Sempre. I've been meaning to pick up Star Cursed for awhile, since I loved Born Wicked. Glad I finally bought it!
Rites of Passage was great. Such an intense read.
ReplyDeleteOohhh, I like the new cover of Midwinterblood. I have the UK hardocver edition. Still need to read it. I'm looking forward to your interview with the author. :)

Mortal Touch and In A Handful of Dust sound just great! I cannot wait to hear what you think of it!
ReplyDeleteI usually buy a finished book of an ARC I've absolutely loved! And if I've bought a book in Kindle format and end up loving it so much... I also end up buying a physical copy!
Happy reading!
Awesome haul! Hint, my name is in the back of Dark World. :-)
