So far, life in Peachville has been tough for Harper Madison. She's survived attacks on her life, learned how to control her magic, and met the most gorgeous boy — who also happens to be a demon. After her latest stunt at Brighton Hospital, the Order of Shadows is determined to tighten their control on her life. So when a future Prima from a nearby demon gate comes to town, she and Harper decide to use magic to switch places at a party. All Harper wants is to have a little fun.

But the night will end in blood.

And Harper will find out the attack was meant for her...

This series just keeps getting better and better. Once I had finished Inner Demons, I was happy that I had Bitter Demons just ready and waiting for me. Once you stop with one book, you just cannot put the series down and you need to keep reading.

In Bitter Demons, we get to see many different sides of many different characters. Brooke seems to be the one who is changing the most. I still haven't figured out why she has become some a b*tch, but an she sure became one fast. Huge change from the last two books. We are also finding out more about Jackson. There is just nothing for me that can make me hate him. Even when more of his past is found out, you really feel for him.

I'm really really disliking the Coven. More and more that Harper finds out, really scares me for her future. Even though these witches are making demons their slaves, because they are demons, not nice anyway, it still seems wrong, and I am very interested in seeing what happens with Jackson, Harper, and her demon she seems to be bound to.

Throughout this book, I kept guessing different things, thinking oh this is what is going to happen, and with every event that I do that with I am wrong. This is what I love about these books and Sarra's writing. She leads you in a direction you think is right but pulls a twist and it is just awesome!! I am super excited to read Shadow Demons, I think this next one is going to be much darker!
