Clear Your Shelf Giveaway Hop

I love participating in these. I have so many books to get rid of and so little money to ship them. This gives me an excuse to shove a bunch of these books in a flat rate box and send them to a reader who might have the time to finally read them (most of these books are ones I haven't had the chance to read and at this rate, won't).

Sana is giving away a mystery box full of ARCs from early 2014 (that's this year)! I've got a box of books that has I think 27 books in it. I can't remember. I sealed it up over two months ago but someone is going to win it. It's a surprise (because I'm not even sure what's inside anymore). Then I am also giving away ANOTHER box of books, however, this time you'll be able to choose. I will be taking pictures of books I have sitting around, waiting on a new, loving home and you can fill it up.

Then, I didn't want to leave out the international readers and since it's so much money to send to y'all (sorry!), I'm giving you the option to choose ONE of the books I'll be taking pictures of. I promise to have them up before the giveaway ends (I haven't had much free time thanks to work).

  4. You can get regional rate boxes from the post office website only and you can ship anywhere for the same as a 2 pound KKKPriority mail package no matter how much it weighs. You have to print the label online. Saves lots of money

  5. I really need to clear my shelves soon. I started last weekend with some middle grade books and I sent them to my cousins. Thinking of going all in next time. Thanks for the giveaway!

  6. If I had a box of books to send I would send them media mail. Sometimes it's cheaper that way

  7. I had no idea. I know they have the priority boxes for within the US that it's a flat rate, no matter the weight and those I use a lot but I didn't know an international one existed. I will have to look in to that for the next time I do this giveaway. Thank you so much!

  8. You can use the post office postage calculator to determine the cheapest way to send. Most of the time the regional rate box is cheaper. It doesn't matter what it weighs.
