When she finds her boyfriend shackled to a white metal table Ashley feared for the worse.

Human harvesters and they are looking for something specific. And Ashley just might be the perfect match for that something.

If you cannot tell by this cover, this is a horror novella. First off, this cover rocks! It's so simple but so sinister, it just fits with the title so well!! This cover alone would make me want to read this book! Just awesome job!

Onto the book. This book is the first book in the series, but being that it is so short, a novella, it is basically just a tease. Ha! It was so good, and I wanted more more more. This book could be so much long if the author wanted it to be. I feel we only got a sampling of what this book really could be. I was on the edge of my seat throughout this book though, had to keep reading to see what was going to happen next. I really wish there was more, so many more aspects that the author could have gone into. But I won't rate it lower because of that, because what was here was awesome!

If you are not a fan of cliffhanger endings, DO NOT read this one. lol Hardcore cliffhanger ending. If you have the next book on hand (not sure if its out?) then you will be fine, but if you have to wait, it's gonna be a long sucky wait. haha Just such a good cliffhanger, you will not want to wait for the next book. I was a bitt confused at first by what was implied, but I eventually figured it out, which of course, made me want the next book even more!!

Horror is not typically my genre, because I'm a chicken sh*t sometimes, haha and I read late at night, so those don't really flow well together, but I promise this one is worth the scare and suspense!!
