“Can you help me move a bed?” That sounded weird. “I mean, my bed is on a truck, and we can’t get it out. If you’re busy, I’m sure I could just grab someone off the street. It’s just that it’s a bed, and I’d rather, you know, do it with someone I know. Kind of.”
