Mailbox Mondays was originated by Marcia @ A Girl & Her Books. This month it is currently hosted at Suko's Notebook. You can check out all the blogs it'll be hosted at for the rest of 2012 here!
So, a warning...there will a lot of books. This is nearly two months worth of books for me...so bare with me!
Hooked by Liz Fichera
Received this ARC and it's contemporary, which isn't something I read often but when I do read it, it's a great escape from my Fantasy/Paranormal/Dystopian obsessions.
Doomed by Tracey Deebs
Got this ARC through netgalley & got an invite for the official blog tour! I can't wait to read this, it definitely seems interesting.
Renegade by J.A. Souders
I really love this cover and I've heard pretty good things about the book. Definitely need to read this soon.
The Culling by Steven dos Santos
I like Samantha Young's novels, so I had to pick this one up.
Luminosity by Stephanie Thomas
I won earrings from Stephanie awhile back & I was interested in her book for some time. I am glad to have read it & cannot wait to read more.
Greta and the Goblin King by Chloe Jacobs
Absolutely LOVED this book! One of my favorites from Entangled this year.
How To Marry An Alien by Magan Vernon
Well, the final book of this series. I enjoyed the first two so I'm curious to see how this ends (though the title does give some of it away ;) lol).
Taken by Erin Bowman
I cannot wait to read this! The cover is amazing! I won't be reading it for awhile since it doesn't come out until April but I'm so eager for it.
Forever My Girl by Heidi McLaughlin
Heidi is a good friend of mine and when she wanted me to be a part of her blog tour, I wasn't turning that down. Not only am I proud of her but I really, REALLY enjoyed her book.
MILA 2.0 by Debra Driza
This cover is E.P.I.C. Oh man, cover sells...and this sold me. I am extremely excited to read this.
Flawed by Kate Avelynn
Entangled is one of my absolute favorite publishing houses (up there with Harper, imo) and given the chance, I will read just about anything they publish for YA.
Wicked Kiss by Michelle Rowen
I read the first book in this series and while I only gave it three stars, it had promise. It was one of those books where I'm glad I read and I wanted to continue reading but if this doesn't impress me, I doubt I'd read furter.
'Til The World Ends by Julie Kagawa, Ann Aguirre & Karen Duvall
Two of my favorite authors in one book? Yes, please! (I should probably look up to see who Karen Duvall is...) Julie Kagawa is one of my all time favorite authors, Ann Aguirre, huuuuuuge fan of her Razorland series. I am sold.
Undeadly by Michele Vail
I have heard mixed things regarding this book from two people I trust when it comes to books. By what both said, it sold me on wanting to read it.
Marched, Crossed, Reached by Ally Condie
I may be one of the ONLY people who have not read this series but they were offering this box set for Cyber Monday deal on Amazon & I snatched that right up.
Deep Betrayal by Anne Greenwood Brown
I thought this first book was alright and I'm curious to see if it improves with the second.
Nobody But Us by Kristin Halbrook
I'm part of a blog tour next month for this book & I remember hearing about it from one of Epic Reads ARC party videos...I became interested in it. I've read some already great things about it.
The Madman's Daughter by Megan Shepherd
This cover caught my attention awhile ago. Then when Jodi Meadows (author of Incarnate) read it and said how magnificent it was, I knew I had to read it. (She and I seem to agree on a bit of books).
The Dark Inside by Jeyn Roberts
I read a friends review of this book and was sold. I don't normally let reviews sell me completely but man, I am eager to start this.
If You Find Me by Emily Murdoch
This cover is basic yet intriguing. The plot sounds great and I just can't wait to dive in.
Fractured Soul by Rachel McClellan
Was pleasantly surprised with the first book and when I saw the second book on netgalley, I knew I had to read it.
Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Wow, even for two months that's a lot of books! Enjoy :)
ReplyDeleteThat's quite a long list. Enjoy! Happy Holidays
ReplyDeleteWow, that is quite a mailbox! I hope you love every book in it.
