Mailbox Mondays was originated by Marcia @ A Girl & Her Books. This month it is currently hosted at Mrs. Q Book Addict. You can check out all the blogs it'll be hosted at for the rest of 2012 here!
You'll be able to see that most of my 'haul' are netgalley books. Some were pre-approved from BEA (that I forgot to put on my BEA edition Mailbox Monday) while others were not.
Beautifully Broken by Sherry Soule
I'm a part of her blog tour for her second book, Moonlight Mayhem, so the author graciously sent me the first book for review!
Dark Kiss by Michelle Rowen
I thought this book sounded interesting enough, something I'd enjoy reading since I love angel books so I requested in on netgalley. I recently reviewed this book.
Silver by Talia Vance
I guess this probably should've been included on my BEA edition of Mailbox Monday as I got it via netgalley while at BEA, along with the next two books. I have very excited to read this!
Narc by Chrissa-Jean Chappell
This was another book I got via netgalley while at BEA. It was one of those scan the bar codes for the pre-approval? I read the back of the book and seemed interesting so I did. :)
The City's Son by Tom Pollack
The last Flux book I got at BEA via netgalley. The author was there signing copies of this book but I somehow missed hearing about it. This was another one that sounded interesting to me.
Spark by Brigid Kemmerer
I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS BOOK! I fell in love with Storm, like really bad. I was at BEA when she announced this was up on netgalley! I requested it on my phone, which I wasn't even sure would work, and yet I've had to keep telling myself not to read it yet. (via netgalley)
League of Strays by L.B. Schulman
Received via netgalley. This book sounded interesting, I spotted it on netgalley...figured I would give it a try. I just hope the main girl, like pictured on this cover, isn't as weak as she appears... :-\
Innocent Darkness by Suzanne Lazear
I saw this at BEA but it wasn't one of the pre-approval books. When I got home, it was on netgalley and this was probably the one (along with Silver) from Flux books that REALLY looked interesting to me. I cannot wait to read this (which should be within the week).
The Assassin and the Pirate Lord by Sarah J. Maas
I fell in love with Throne of Glass so when I was like halfway through it, I purchased the novellas that were released. Oh man, they were so goooooood! (I do recommend reading Throne of Glass before these novellas...)
The Assassin and the Desert by Sarah J. Maas
I fell in love with Throne of Glass so when I was like halfway through it, I purchased the novellas that were released. Oh man, they were so goooooood! (I do recommend reading Throne of Glass before these novellas...)
The Assassin and the Underworld by Sarah J. Maas

Betrayel by Gregg Olsen
I won this book on goodreads during one of their giveaways. I wanted to read the first one but I hadn't gotten around to it so now I have an excuse to (since is the second book in a series). I just ordered Envy so I'll read that when it gets here!
Blood Moon by Alyxandra Harvey
HUGE fan of Alyxandra's and especially her Drake Chronicles. This is book #5 and oh man, the cover... *sighs* Nicholas and Lucy are my favorite part of this series. But I truly love all the characters and her world she created. It's sad that it's almost over, though...
Rapture by Lauren Kate
The final book in the Fallen series. I told myself I wasn't going to buy any books for awhile since I got a lot at BEA and I need to go through those, first. But this was on sale and it's one I need to read, so I bought it (it was a REALLY good sale).
Whew, that's a lot of ebooks! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteWow, busy mailbox! That should keep you occupied for a while. Happy Reading!
